Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect personal data across this website and our services.

Effective date: September 10, 2026.

Who we are

This policy applies to Mekov Tech-Solution LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. You can reach us at info@mekovtechsolution.com or (763) 340-6558.

Where your data is handled

Our services run across three separate systems:

  • This marketing website, which hosts our service information, the domain availability search, and the contact form.
  • Our billing and client area, where accounts, orders, invoices, payments, and support tickets live.
  • The hosting platform, which runs your websites, email, and databases.

Data this website collects

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive your name, email address, subject, message, and the website or domain you optionally provide. It is submitted to our own server and stored privately so we can reply. It is not readable by anyone visiting the site.

Abuse protection. To stop the contact form and domain search being flooded, our server keeps a short-lived counter tied to a one-way fingerprint of your network address. The address itself is not stored in readable form. Your browser identification string is stored with a contact enquiry to help us spot automated abuse.

Domain search. The domain you type is sent to our server, which queries our billing system for availability. We do not build a profile from searches.

Functional storage. The site remembers the billing cycle you selected so the pricing you see stays consistent. This is stored in your browser. Necessary security and session technologies also operate, and fonts delivered by external providers may reveal standard request information such as your network address to those providers.

Advertising, analytics, and cookies

This marketing website currently uses no advertising pixels and no behavioral analytics. We do not sell personal data, we do not use contact submissions for targeted advertising, and we do not use personal data for legally significant profiling.

Email notifications for contact submissions are not currently enabled; enquiries are stored privately and answered using normal business email. If we add nonessential analytics, advertising, or a new email-notification provider later, we will update this policy first and obtain consent where required before activation.

Data our client area and hosting collect

When you order a service, the client area collects the account details you provide (name, email, billing address, phone), your order and invoice history, support correspondence, and technical logs such as access times. The hosting platform processes the content and data you place on your hosting account, plus operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiries, provide and support your services, process payments and renewals, register and manage domains, protect the platform against abuse, and send service notices. We do not sell personal data.

Who else receives it

We rely on categories of providers to operate the service: website, application, and database infrastructure; hosting infrastructure; billing and client-area services; payment processing; domain registrars and registries; email and support delivery; security, fraud, and abuse prevention; font and content delivery; and professional advisers or authorities when legally required. Each category receives only the data reasonably necessary for its role.

Payment providers process payment credentials directly; we do not store full card numbers on this marketing website. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries, and we use appropriate safeguards where legally required.

How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries and related correspondence: 2 years after the last meaningful communication.
  • Customer account, invoice, payment, tax, and domain-transaction records: 7 years after the later of account closure or the last transaction, unless longer retention is legally required.
  • Support tickets: 3 years after closure.
  • Security, authentication, access, and abuse-prevention logs: up to 12 months, except records connected to an incident, dispute, or legal duty may be kept as long as needed.
  • Active hosted content: for the active service term; after termination, scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
  • Rolling hosting restore points: up to 30 days. Residual encrypted backup copies: up to 90 days after deletion or termination.
  • Website-design files and project correspondence: 3 years after project completion or termination.
  • Privacy-request records: 5 years after the request closes.

We delete or de-identify data after the stated period unless law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements requires longer retention.

Security

Contact enquiries are written by our server only; the database rules block any read, change, or deletion from a browser. Credentials used to reach our billing system are held server-side and are never sent to your browser. Traffic to this website and the client area is encrypted in transit.

Your privacy rights

We honor applicable United States federal and state privacy rights. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, these may include the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy where applicable, opt out of certain uses where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To make a request, email info@mekovtechsolution.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We respond within 45 days and may take one additional 45-day extension when reasonably necessary, with timely notice and an explanation. We may verify your identity as reasonably needed, and we may retain records the law requires us to keep. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal”.

We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for legally significant profiling.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
